ive been in and out of Circuit City for like 8-9 years now.  manager and supervisor mainly.  but im  a car audio/security installer.  and im one of the best in the area.  so im always getting offers from local shops for me to work for them.  for the past month ove been working a deal to go to a shop as an installer and soon take over the store as Store Manager.  if that happens the owner is the only person above me.  so naturally im trying to work that out.  but i fucking hate everything about big box bullshit

Really, you're better going to a smaller place and moving up to management first, then going to a bigger store as a manager. Being a peon is no fun.
