as of smoking ban, i agree with some parts. if you are the only one in the street, you can smoke. go fap, go do donkeys. i don't give a damn. but if there are people are around you, you are inconveniencing them (is that even a word?) by smoking. just because everybody smoke around people doesn't mean it is right to smoke around people who don't want the damn smoke. oh btw, i'm a social smoker. well, i smoke once or twice a year. maybe not even. but the point is that, even smokers themselves don't want smoke in their faces. all i ask is that they smoke where they won't be bothering other people.
as of businesses, the owner should decide whether it should remain smoke free or not. non-smokers are being more vocal about unpleasant smell of smoke.
