Ok so this past wenesday i found out i was losing my job (the Nanny gig i have had for almost 3 years) for cheaper daycare services. So they are like it could be as soon as monday! And i was like Oh Shit becaused i had planned to stay till the end of summer (I forgot to mention here i had told them i wanted to go back to school and i would find out in march if i was accepted for next september) So anyways since daycare is hard to find and waiting list are huge they got the oppertunity to get both kids in the same day care starting now which mean i got the boot but with 2 month paye. So yesterday i dropped off a resume thinking i would not hear from them for at least a little while but this morning i got a call and i have an interview this coming Tuesday. So you can all imagine i am happy with that because i cannot afford to be without a job with a mortgage. So hopefully all goes well and my jobless status will have been a short one! Oh and this job payes way better and it has social benifits and union and a pension plan (YAY)

Hey that's great

I remember two years when I was unemployed and had just signed up at the unemployment office only a few days earlier and someone actually called ME and offered a job. Not a very good one true enough but a job nonetheless. A month into that job someone else called me and offered me another better job.

I've been fortunate so far but somehow I doubt it'll happen again

it seemed like he just wanted to meet me again because he asked me if i wanted to go to the cinema with him. i don't really know what he expects if we go there together. for me it is clear that i don't want to have a relationship with him anymore but he is still the most important person in my heart.. which could make it pretty difficult for me and possibly also for him because i don't know what i will do when i'm with him.. $:-\$ it's so hard to decide what to do

take someone else with you to the movies, as in take a friend and make it a fun night out for 3. if i was worried that i might not trust myself, or if i was still overly emotionally attched id try to remove the temptation!

oh and dont shave your legs and wear ugly underwear as backup plans!

W00T! No school tomorrow because of "inclement weather". lol a few inches of snow, and the whole state goes nuts. New Jersey is a funny place. I hate snow though

nothanks. i had enough snow living in the snow belt on lake erie. i used to live in Geneva, Ohio, right on the lake, and one of the 7 places in the world to get lake effect weather. i despise snow.

So it really is true, that what you see in movies - as soon as it snows a bit your school is off - I despized america while I was in school/highschool - over here even whan we get one meter of snow they give us a showel and say go to school (I'm over exaggerating a bit, but only a bit).
Thoe our PE would then be a snowball fight or football (soccer) with a basketball in the snow so it wouldn't be tottaly wasted day but still never a day off....

Only once and that was becouse of Ice rain - not snow!

For us it was school always. With a few exceptions such if the buss drives off the road because of too much ice (note: they have chains) and the rest of the busses is canceled because of that.
Outdoors PE was canceled at -25° C, no joke.
