So you failed the inspection because of a bag of McDonald's?

Lmao xD what do they exactly look for?

General cleanliness.

The biggest comment we get from visitors is "how does your guys' room pass inspections?" due to the plethora of anime figures and D&D stuff. Apparently the anime figures get a pass 'cause they're decorations and the D&D stuff... probably because all the inspectors know we play D&D with one of the RA Chiefs (the one that left the McD's bag).

Wow, thats some hardcore inspecting! :o Ive thought many times of starting up on D&D, but then i realize i don't know where to start. Times another big factor, but after my 4 year hesitation i find myself still wanting to try.

Here you go, for beginners and for free.

Also, the Temple of Elemental Evil game kinda sucks. Planescape: Torment is my favorite.

And nothing is quite as aggravating as the ORIGINAL "Tomb of Horrors" module.

Player: "I open the door and look inside."
DM: "Oooooh, you looked inside, did you? Ooooh. Ummm, you might want to roll up a new character, there. Sorry."

The linear nature of your Euclidean geometry both confounds and befuddles me.

Planescape: Torment is my favorite.

I think it will be more difficult for a beginner to understand that. I quit playing it like... 15 hours in? My English just can't catch up anymore. >.>

Temple of Elemental Evil has a pretty light storyline and character interaction. It focuses on dungeon crawling, item hoarding and somewhat difficult low-level turn-based combat. Money is a very difficult currency to come by. It will suit beginners who seek to familiarize themselves first with the easier mechanics and rules of the game. (combat, magic, leveling up, buying and selling and using items, etc.)

And it's based on the 3.5 edition.

Eh, 3.5e is pretty meh. Many of the changes introduced by 3e were exciting, but 3.5e was just a 3e reboot. 4e is, IMHO, way better(er) than either 3.5e OR 3e.

P:T (a 2e game) just has that great of a story.

Storm...in the morning light
I feel..
No more can I say
Frozen to myself.
I got nobody on my side
And surely that ain't right
Surely that ain't right.
Ohh, can't anybody see
We've got a war to fight
Never found our way
Regardless of what they say. -Roads, by Portishead.

I haven't looked into 4e yet, I may have to go look into it. now 3.5e me and my friends just said forget it and stuck with 3e and 2e. Man it has been awhile since I have gone out and played a true game of D&D I really need to look into a group that is doing it around me.

I can't nap in this kind of climate. >_> 95% of the time the temperature exceeds 30C. They shut down aircons in classrooms during lunch break to cut down on electricity bill and the clinic which has aircon operating any time is always noisy with midgets lol

And obviously I'm not allowed to sleep in the faculty room... x_x

I thought it was against the rules at most schools to lug your bed to the classroom

In my schools, depends. When I'm in Korea some teachers shout and rant when they are in a particularly bad mood. They stopped squeezing us but it still delays class. In the Philippines I feel as if I'm being pitied. ;_; They offered me clinic because of sleep problem lol

yeah most teachers would just let me sleep though I did have a few teachers that made it a habit of waking me up, most comical moment in that english class was when I went into math mode upon waking up and started talking about a math question (the class before was math and I seem to have brought the question that was asked to the class to english class...)

Wow I thought I was the only one who has done this in my life o.O
I did this with about 3-5animes and whats funny is its the same class and the same exact person for about a week. Would of been longer, but yeah the person wanted to change seats because of it hahaha.

Mnemosyne
Golden Boy
And a few other animes lol.

I loved only 3 classes in my whole high school life. Math, Japanese, and Study hall lol.
Math was taught by my football coach so I could sleep all I liked and if I was awake we'd be talking about football lol.
Japanese was awesome because my teacher was always understanding if I was late, we got to make food a lot, and I could talk about anime all I like with the whole class lol. Too bad I have a weak memory span and never had people to talk to in japanese after high school because I forgot most of it now sigh.
Study hall aka what I can nap time.
All the other classes had teachers who were mean and always woke me up. Can't really blame them though since they just wanted me to pay attention.
