That's until the U.S. Navy's Ticonderoga-class cruisers get refurbished with new blocks of SM-3 anti-ballistic missiles as part of the U.S. CENTCOM's new procurement plans for the next fiscal year. (East command will receive it much later I think)

And don't judge ships by their displacement.

That's a very basic command used in all nearly all windows apps, not something easily changed.
