so I got tired of being out of tonkatsu sauce and shichimi, so I went down to the Japanese grocer, and lo and behold in the month or so since I've been there (I can usually find what I want cheaper from one of the Chinese, Korean, or Vietnamese markets in the area) they've installed a Japanese bakery next door... so right now... I'm eating fresh baked An-Pan... and it is soo good... after dinner... midori daifuku... (not nearly as fresh... but still...)
