lol, funny you watch stuff like Asura Cryin and Princess Lover. It's just that your probably the most brutal when it comes to criticising an anime -As in you leave no stones unturned- that i would have thought something like Asura Cryin would have annoyed the crap out of you =P

No, I can find enjoyment in incredibly flawed things just like I can be bored by a perfect 10/10 anime.

The experience you get out of it and how well done something is are two different things. Sometimes, everything can be done wrong but one thing but that one thing is so unique that the show stands out on its own just for that. It's the diamond in the rough, so to speak.

Also, I hate not finishing a show if I'm halfway done and most shows are bad just after the first half.

Ah, that i totally understand. I always try to finish something that i started, even if it's just for the sake of saying to myself 'I finished it.'

Nah. analyzing things then pointing out their strengths and weaknesses is fun imo. Since your actually very good at criticising you spot stuff that i wouldn't have noticed if you never pointed it out in the frist place =P

Well i quickly scanned through the Canaan thread, haven't gone through the bakemonogatari one atm. Anyway, at end of Canaan you did point out how obscure character motivation's were (or semi non-exsistent as it was in some cases). Lack of background information. And that for a chosen one Canaan's actual achivement wasn't really anything. Alot of other details too, mostly on page 10. Newy actually went as far as saying "You have come to hate Canaan, don't you?" ah, Canaan thread was fun =P

I should also mention that your 'Umineko doesn't make sense' has summed up Umineko very well for the moment; Until the day where it might make sense......if it ever comes.

My favorite part was when erious said "I don't care to defend Canaan!" XD

About Canaan, the funniest part is that Canaan is like the ++super hero. She has synesthesia, but that's not enough! No, she has to be affected by the Ua virus to become super special because being special is not enough!
