I would recommend a soothing sent, maybe lavender or something along those lines to try and help you relax and go to sleep. Candle or incense both work. Past that you have options such as forcing yourself to pass out and ect. I won't recommend those though, even though I have a few I use to use. Music doesn't work for me though sound doesn't affect my ease to sleep whether there is a lot or none. So if your like me either try something like that or maybe reading or even writing can be a nice idea.
