When I was growing up I wanted to become a queen, now that I did, I have to avoid brats chasing me with bats.

Anyone got a method to fall asleep easier? This has been 5th or 7th of me not being able to sleep and honestly don't feel like getting yelled for being late again lol.

Ill pass on the blanket, was 36 today and it's not even summer yet.

Anyone got a method to fall asleep easier? This has been 5th or 7th of me not being able to sleep and honestly don't feel like getting yelled for being late again lol.
I listen to music in bed to get to sleep cause it takes me more then an hour to get to sleep.

I have music playing also, but still takes 2-3hrs before I pass out. Usually have too much on my mind to sleep or wanna do something and get super restless.

It's pronounced 'lamyon', btw.

Or maybe 'lamyeun'; Kinda confusing romanization... Anyway it's written as '라면'. whatever ><

I would recommend a soothing sent, maybe lavender or something along those lines to try and help you relax and go to sleep. Candle or incense both work. Past that you have options such as forcing yourself to pass out and ect. I won't recommend those though, even though I have a few I use to use. Music doesn't work for me though sound doesn't affect my ease to sleep whether there is a lot or none. So if your like me either try something like that or maybe reading or even writing can be a nice idea.

Thank you I'll try that when I get more incense lol. Candles too risky of catching my room in flames T.T
I've tried to force myself to pass out a few times and don't worry. I never heard of magic and sleep lol. Music used to be the way that I passed out hella quickly, but I guess I got used to it. As for reading and writing I think it would just make me wanna do something else even more haha. Either way thank you for the ideas. =D

hmm i may sound like my mother but i guess it really helps not to spend so much time in front of the computer... :-\

I think thats the biggest impossible ever since all my work is worked on computers and almost everything I do is on the computer lol.
I do get off, but all that does is make me wanna go out and play sports constantly. Which keeps me hyped and energetic.
I think everyone I know has said the same thing. I try to get off the computer, but am usually forced to get back on to finish a bunch of work T.T

I usually try that and end up wanting to go work out and will be up for a few hrs working out and then want to take a shower. Which I'm going to say now makes me feel fully energetic again. I think I have the worst sleep pattern alive. Usually wake up at my computer from passing out lol.

I usually try to get 1-2days to at least sleep a good 10hrs, but still don't work to well. I also tried to go out for a few days and get active more than usual, but still doesn't work. When I was in school I lacked sleep and would sleep in almost all my classes until I got smacked in the head -.- Which I have to say helped a whole lot if I remember correctly. Maybe I should just take naps in the middle of the days?(Which I was told is all bad because it messes up my sleep pattern even more.)
