Vash the Stampede in the Trigun Anime, the character is so cool, with uber classy clothes.. but at the end it's a pussy for 2/3 of the show..

Lucy/Nyu and that guy who is the main character from Elfen Lied, she is a murderer or a stupid copy of Chii, he is the most annoying guy ever, and stupid guy, but I hate the anime too  >:(
