Oh, and the kids in Detective Conan, with the exception of Conan himself, were incredibly obnoxious. Every time they were in an episode I hoped the three annoying kids would be kidnapped, and Conan would succeed in unveiling the mystery of where they were and who had kidnapped them, but not before the three had been violently murdered.
And they found the bodies on Katsura's boat.

See now, if that actually happened in the series, the dumb filler episodes with The Detective Boys would actually be amusing, rather than just another random trivial mystery ... and I always wondered how they got away with making only 5 out of every 100 episodes deal with the main plot of the series (i.e. finding the Syndicate)
