Ok, Ok =P I actually figured out why the results suck the L.A. server now. My pipe is much bigger than theirs. Aparrantly the L.A. server is now only on a 100 megabit connection. I can see a latency spike from it saturating during the downstream test:

I'm so glad I get to go back home to my Verizon FiOS in just over a week.

I have no idea how the upload is significantly better than the download. Someone must've broken a law of internet connections or something. I can't torrent on the connection so upload does no good.

I have seen this before in my school. Download can be slower the upload base on how many people using it
