Fuck you for having such awesome speeds.

What the heck? How come yours fluctuates so massively when you change servers. I mean I can understand some wierdness when you get to the high ping ones, but even the ones that are reported at a close distance seem to vary significantly for you.

Just the joys of routing I suppose.

That is weird. No matter how many times I test mine with different servers, I get almost the same thing every time give or take say .05 Mb/s. Unless I start making the host server a ridiculous distance away of course.

What speed is your connection? I have noticed it will very more and more the faster your connection is. I was testing from my server on gigabit so it can very a lot.

Are you talking about a Gigabit LAN? Because that's not your internet speed.

My server has 1x1000m and 4x100m connections to the internet. Yes that is internet speed.

So, you're load balancing multiple connections but are you load balancing to routers or modems? Then there's also types of connections (DSL/Cable/T-1 or T-3/Bonded T-1 or T-3/Fiber) to consider. Highest I've seen DSL is 6Mb. Cable has gotten as high as 20Mb. Fiber I've seen up to 50Mb but those are expensive. Then you've got your T Carrier circuits which are the most expensive, but yet the most efficient and most stable (T-1 is 1.5/1.5 and T-3 is 3.0/3.0). So, just based off this it's easy to understand why I'm a bit skeptical.

This is my server that is not in my home. The 4x100m go to edge switch which goes to distribution switch. This is where my 1 gig link is plugged into. From there it goes to the core which has three 10 gige links.

Either something is going weird and special, or tweaking those wifi settings paid off.

I'm supposed to have 7.5Mb/s Down 0.5 Mb/s Up
This is your home now. So take advantage of everything here, except me.
