No, having torrents on doesn't effect the speed on the test. Clicking on the "start test" button does.
Having torrents on does, however, affect the speed of the test. For better results, turn off all uploads and downloads.
Remember, kids, "effect" is causation, "affect" is modification or impact.

Thnaks For correcting me Proin-Sensei. And thanks for the info gonna re-run the tests later.

It's okay, I know you're not a native English speaker. But I just waded through an entire post (on a different forum) where the OP used "it's" instead of "its" and "they're" instead of "their" in a huge data-dump and analysis.
The analysis was interesting (which is why I read it), but holy fuck that shit irritates the hell out of me.

Ok, Proin-Sensei. (don't mind the 'Sensei' decided to use that when I'm speaking with/about you. ...or should I use Drakenzol-Sensei?? :P pick your choise) If I correctly remember ''it's'' is shortened word from ''it is'' and ''They're'' is shortened word of ''They are'' SO, how in hell can people mix them with ''its'' and ''their'' those 2 words mean completly diffrent things + all those are basics of basics.
--- End quote ---
Proin is fine.
"It's" does indeed mean "it is." The confusion between "it's" and "its" most likely arises due to the apostrophe-s ('s) signifying both possession and being a contraction for "is" when used with a noun. Pronouns have completely different forms (he/his, she/hers, it/its)
So in the sentence "Proin's an awesome guy," the 's is used to mean "is;" whereas in the sentence "Proin's lolicon collection" the 's denotes possession.
Thus there is confusion with "it's" and "its."
"They're" and "their" (and "there")? There's no excuse as they're obviously different words with no other idiosyncrasies present to cause confusion.

Thanks Proin, SO I indeed know at leats something :P My head isn't completly empty after all.
EDIT:
just re-runned thev test with µTorrent off...
I need new computer... Well, when watching from the internet setting it says that the speed is 100mb/s... So, my computer just isn't able to take everything from it...

Is 100mbps written in your contract with your ISP?
If not, then you won't get it. Basically, Ethernet (the LAN technology that everybody uses now), has 4 speeds - 10mbps, 100mbps, 1gbps and 10gbps (the network cards for this are very expensive). What your computer is showing, is most likely the speed of the connection from your PC to your switch or router, or maybe the ISP, but it does not mean that you are going to get that.
It says 1gpbs on my connection, but I only get 200mbps as per contract. Before that, the connection to my DSL modem was 100mbps, but the internet connection still was 4mbps/768kbps. And the rest of the PCs saw 1gbps, because that is the speed of my LAN.
