I pay 24 euro rubbles for this. Connection isn't idle though, it's uploading some torrents and running Perfect Dark. 100Mbit is what it is, though. Close enough.

I had to put an upload cap on my sister computer because her computer was always uploading at max speed. Found it she was using torrents and seeding everyday.

With the VDSL I got last year, I was a bit disappointed at the DL speed, but as a result of new PC or new wireless network card, I'm now getting about what I'm paying for...

Because on the summer-time I live in a remote village with the only internet provider that works being ADSL Romtelecom (previously I had fiberlink internet with speeds of ~100mb/s (10MB/s) but it was breaking down on a daily basis xD ) . When I'll get to my home in the city, I'll try to get those speeds here.

FTTH, unlike DSL or cable, is a symmetrical connection, so the ISP can offer high upload speeds.
