Best Bitorrent Client?
WingZero8788:
I recently switched to the new Vuze/Azureus client and am loving it. Am actually getting better transfer speeds then I was with utorrent 1.7 I believe is what I was using before?

Wow, I don't know how I lived without µTorrent. My mind: blown. I love this thing.

It's uTorrent for me.. Back when I was a newbie in file-sharing, I used BitComet. Download speed sucked though. Then I switched to uTorrent. I'm currently testing out the beta version 2.0 build 16126. Faster downloads than 1.8.3. Lots of hash fails and it would crash once a day. It IS beta after all.
Klocknov:
I started out with bitcomet then later flipped to Azureus with add-ons, then followed it into Vuze (I still find that was the worst mistake ever on their part...) after Vuze I hit my first time into µTorrent then flipped to Limewire for awhile then got annoyed went back to µTorrent and then someone pushed eMule onto me which quickly went away, and went again back to µTorrent which I will stay at. Older Azureus was nice for the mods, but I still find µTorrent tends to beat it for resource management. I try to keep this machine up to date with everything. The main use on a normal basis for this box is IRC, Ventrilo music bot, and seeding with the occasional opening of a guild wars client to do a easier dual browser(means I broke the dual browser on my main box yet again).

I used to use utorrent a while ago while I still had winblows on one of my machines, but since I cast that polished turd away I just stick to transmission and a vpn
