Runner ups: Arakawa Under the Bridge, Date A Live, Mushishi, and Dance in the Vampire Bund.

Oda Nobuna is a great show, but I wouldn't put it in my top 10. Too much fanservice.
Though they did it splendidly and I have hight hopes for second season.
